1. Using Sole Mates
By creating an account or using Sole Mates, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Beta service
Sole Mates is an early commercial product and may include beta features. Features may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops. We will take reasonable steps to protect user data and maintain service quality, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
3. Fitness information and safety
Sole Mates provides fitness tracking and community features. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. Activity metrics, scores, rankings and suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You remain responsible for your own training choices, physical safety and decisions about whether an activity is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your training, especially if you have health concerns. Contact local emergency services if you need urgent help.
4. Connected and third-party services
Sole Mates may connect with third-party products and services such as Garmin. Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, accuracy or changes. You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to your third-party accounts and devices.
5. Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give THE IT CONSULTANT permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate Sole Mates and apply your sharing choices. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person's account, upload unlawful material or use Sole Mates to harass others.
6. Accounts and termination
You may stop using Sole Mates and request account deletion. We may restrict or close an account that materially breaches these terms, creates security or legal risk, or misuses the service. Data handling after account closure follows our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Sole Mates, its branding, software and original content belong to THE IT CONSULTANT or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sole Mates is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. THE IT CONSULTANT is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service failures, device errors or decisions made from fitness information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
